By accessing or using the TradeQuant platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Policies ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

3. Service Scope

TradeQuant is a software-as-a-service platform providing market intelligence, analytics, and workflow tools. It is built to give solo traders access to research-style workflows commonly used by professional desks and funds, but it does not guarantee outcomes.

• Crypto assets are volatile and can move quickly in either direction.
• Signals are probabilistic and may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete.
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
• You can lose part or all of your capital.
• You are responsible for your own risk management and compliance.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

TradeQuant is a paid subscription service with no free usage. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Failed Payments: We may suspend access if a payment fails.
• Price Changes: We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes or fees.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final except where required by law. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

• Monthly plans: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid month.
• Annual plans: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid year.
• Billing issues: Contact support within 7 days if you believe there was a billing error. We review requests case by case.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension during investigation.

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Data collected: account data, usage data, device/browser info, IP address, and logs.
• Billing data: handled by payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage: provide and improve the Service, personalize experience, and send support or security notices.
• Cookies: used for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser.
• Sharing: service providers, legal requests, or business transfers.
• Retention: kept as long as needed for the Service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
• Your choices: update account info, opt out of marketing emails, or request access/deletion.

10. Acceptable Use

• You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• You may not bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• You may not use the Service for illegal activity or to violate third-party rights.
• You may not share or resell access without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, design, and software, is owned by TradeQuant or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

The Service may rely on third-party data providers, exchanges, or payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and TradeQuant is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

13. Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeQuant and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeQuant and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
